ehm stop BANGAU ing..you guys. a new term that i learned from today speech that been delivered by MR RIZAL HASSAN ..a founder, learning facilitator & NLP Coach from TAKE CHARGE SENDIRIAN BERHAD company. His one of the profesional member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers..
well what so interesting in his speeches..is his different from others speakers. he is known by media because his being creatively in sending message to his clients..after listen to him I actually figured out that it is easy and we can make our resume and cover letter interesting as to differentiate our letter with othres candidates. most people said that your resume must be two pages and not more than that. after that u only can put passport picture in your resume. all of this procedure had limits the creativity and inovativeness that can be pull out from their head...wargh..thank you mr rizal. you make me wider my mind..

Mr rizal has his own trademark. like i mentioned before. stop bangauing.....what is this meaning? well everyone had been exposed with the story of bangau since we are in standard one. if im not mistaken we'll also been tought by our teacher to sing the bangau song...lets heard the song again...

hehe..see the lyric always pointed other people..about other people mistakes..so please dont be a bangau anymore guys..we must not complain and put mistakes on others..just bear and admit that we are wrong and try to make an improvement next time..

yeah this is real me..loves to seek and received advices from people and make a change..that's how to be a human. always make a changes when we were wrong however it is difficult to maintain the way we are..alrite till then when im able to share with you all more knowledgable experianced..i will write more. wait from me soon..
